Terms for using BulkMetrik services. Please read them before using our services.
This document governs the relationship between you as a user and BulkMetrik as the service provider. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms below.
Acceptance of terms
By using bulkmetrik.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to free checker users and paid account holders.
Services
BulkMetrik provides token-based domain analysis tools, including BMR, DR, DA, PA, Spam Score, domain age, and server IP. Backlink analysis and traffic estimates are available as additional features.
- Paid dashboard checks use tokens at the applicable feature rate
- The number of tokens used depends on the metrics requested
- Check results are stored in our database to speed up subsequent requests
- The free checker is available with a daily quota and does not require registration
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts found to violate the terms in section 5, without refunding any remaining token balance.
Tokens & payments
Tokens are pay-as-you-go and have no expiry date — they never expire. Once payment is verified, tokens are automatically added to your account.
Payments are final and non-refundable. Please make sure you choose a suitable package before paying.
If tokens are not credited within a reasonable time after payment is verified, contact us with proof of the transaction so we can investigate.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service for the following:
- Purposes that violate applicable law
- Attempting to access systems, accounts, or other users’ data without permission
- Abusing the API or performing scraping automatically without written approval
- Reselling or redistributing check results as your own service
- Taking actions that overload or disrupt system stability
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out system maintenance at any time.
Some metrics depend on third-party data providers. If their services are disrupted, check results may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
Limitation of liability
Displayed data includes provider scores such as Moz and Ahrefs metrics, BMR calculated by BulkMetrik, traffic estimates, and registration and DNS records. Data may differ due to update schedules or source availability. These scores are not official Google assessments and do not guarantee search rankings.
We are not responsible for any business decisions, including domain purchases or sales, based on data displayed by our service. All decisions remain entirely your responsibility.
Changes to terms
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the update date at the top will be adjusted accordingly.
By continuing to use the service after changes are published, you are deemed to accept the updated terms.
